Festival season is finally over for GLS for this year, and now the mud is off us, we would like to thank all who have been involved in our 2023 summer fessi season, be it our freelancers, truck drivers, local loading crew teams and of course, our lovely customers for trusting their event to us.
We’d also like to take this moment to raise a pint in particular to our very special and unsung heroes – the majority of whom are pictured here: GLS’ fantastic warehouse/PM/logistics coordination team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make the magic get in the trucks to come to your field.
In the months of July – September 2023 they have planned/prepped and deployed successfully a mere:
- 250 tonnes of kit to
- 63 different festival stages and
- 69 ambient/trees projects and general pretty lighting or architectural areas throughout the summer festivals

….and that’s just the festival figures, and doesn’t include the other work that went out at the same time!.
